At Fort Park Property Management, we understand that every property owner has different needs. That’s why we offer a range of service levels—from full-service management to one-time lease-ups and check-ins. Whether you need ongoing support or just help finding a great tenant, our goal is to provide the right solution for your situation with transparent pricing and dependable service.

 

Our Service Options

Full-Service Management

10% of gross rent (min. $150/month) + 50% lease-up fee. Includes rent collection, maintenance, and tenant management.

Lease-Up Only

We find and place the tenant—you take over after.
Fee: 100% of first month’s rent (min. $1,495).

Property Check-Ups

Interior and exterior inspections.
Rate: $100 per visit (Lower Mainland).

Maintenance Services

In-house: $100/hour + supplies. Contractors: Cost + 10% admin fee

Furnished Rentals (6+ Months)

Downtown Vancouver & Kits only.
Rate: 10% of rent (min. $150/month) + 100% lease-up fee.

Vacant Property Checks

For owners who don’t rent but want regular oversight.

Non-Resident Tax Services

We handle NR6, NR4, and monthly CRA remittances.
Fees apply.
