One of the best things to come out of the Covid pandemic was no doubt the rapid adoption of video conferencing technology. While it certainly existed pre-pandemic, and many businesses were using video technology before, the masses were forced to adopt it quickly in March of 2020.
Once most meetings started being held via video, strata councils soon learned that they were far more convenient, and allowed for people to be traveling, living remotely, sick, etc.
This all led to where we are at today, and being able to help strata corporations with their needs in locations outside the lower mainland. No longer are we confined to properties within a 30 minute drive from us! There are many communities that simply don’t have many options when it comes to strata management companies, such as the Sunshine Coast, many of the islands surrounding Vancouver Island, and smaller communities within the interior of BC. Just because you’re located in a small or remote community, doesn’t mean that you can’t have all the options of a strata building located in Vancouver or Surrey!
